Jumping Rope Can Detoxify the Body

The act of jumping stimulates the movement of blood and lymph through the body and helps flush waste products and toxins out of the cells.

If you under five feet then you need a rope that is seven feet long. If you are five feet to five feet and five inches you need a rope that is eight feet long. If you are five foot six inches to six feet then one that is nine feet long will work and over six feet try getting a ten foot long rope.

Another benefit is that you can jump rope just about everywhere. It is probably best to avoid jumping rope on a slope but in essence you can do it on a thin carpet, rubberized flooring, hardwood, gravel , on the grass or anywhere you like. You can also skip rope in all kinds of weather. There is nothing that says you cannot jump rope in the winter.

Another great thing is that this is a fitness regime that you can keep your family in the loop when it comes to fitness. Jumping rope is a good thing to do with your children.
